Australian beauty Miranda Kerr has spoken out about her 'long and difficult labor' for the very first time, revealing the pain was 'so intense' she thought she wouldn’t make it through the birth of her baby son Flynn. Speaking to Australian In-Style magazine, the Victoria’s secret model – married to Pirates of the Caribbean actor Orlando Bloom – told how she had an out of body experience during the grueling delivery in January.'I actually thought I was going to die at one point and left my body,’ she revealed of baby Flynn’s difficult birth. 'I was looking down on myself - the pain was so intense. 'I kept thinking, "how do women do this?" But if other women have done this, I can do it too. I was determined.’ Miranda also spoke of struggling to whip her super-famous figure back into shape after the birth, but added that she's not rushing to lose the pounds. ‘(Flynn is) a big baby, 4.5 kilograms at birth, and I thought to myself, "I have so much more that I want to do aside from modeling. I can live with my body not being in shape if I have a healthy son. It’s worth it,’ she said. Back in January, Miranda announced baby Flynn’s gave birth naturally, with hubby Orlando at her side. arrival on her beauty blog, revealing she ‘He weighed 9lb 12 ounces (a very healthy and big baby boy),’ she wrote. ‘I gave birth to him naturally; without any pain medication and it was a long, arduous and difficult labor, but Orlando was with me the whole time supporting and guiding me through it. I could not have done it without him.' She added: ‘We are so happy and are enjoying our time together as a family. He is our little ray of sunshine.’
